Cobra Fumante Variation

Someone in a Facebook group I am in requested a Photoshop version of this doodle ghostbear3067.deviantart.com/a… and this is one variation I thought up with which I felt pretty happy. Surprisingly, one of the hardest parts was finding an adequate pipe.
